ignition module arrived quickly. Upon opening it, I found that one of the springs that pushes the wires to the spark plugs was missing. After securing it with the old clip from the old ignition module, I installed the new module and it worked fine.

This part lasted about 12 hours of use and then failed. No spark, and yes, made sure the kill button isn't grounded. Spring plugs for spark plugs were tedious to assemble, especially without instructions. At 35.00 it's cheaper than an OEM part but it's a waste of money and time since I'm buying a Kohler part. Lesson: buy once, cry once.

My client has an Old Yard Pro Estate mower in excellent condition. The original Kohler ignition module is $214. We googled cheaper and found the ROP shop deal for $49.99. The contact pieces must be installed together with the rubber sleeves of the spark plugs. N0 worries me and thanks to the new ignition the mower works great. The mower started immediately after installing the module, no further settings were required. Thank you, ROP shop!
