I think that's exactly what my GTI was missing! Very well built, the only criticism was that the installation can be a bit confusing. It comes with a mount that includes glue as well as glue on the emblem itself. You must be EXTREMELY careful removing the adhesive from the emblem as it can separate from the foam if you are not careful.

Update: Two months in in high Georgia temperatures and it's still holding up; Colors remain as vivid as the day of purchase. Thanks to the UV-resistant coating, the emblem looks great; I had to replace the 3m tape as it wasn't sticking. also had to bend the edges with pliers to fit the honeycomb grille. So far it's holding up well despite 100 degrees in Georgia.

Feels very plasticky and cheap. There are no screws included, but 3M sticks out the back, so I think that's something. Just in case I bought a heavier gauge 3M tape and bought a cheap can of clear acrylic paint to get that "shine". I suggest coating it a few times before installing so the weather doesn't get to it and fade so easily. Next to. actually looks nice. It is the size of a modern large bunch of keys. I will update photos on my Audi S4 in a few months to show how it lasts.

High quality badge and bracket. Could be a little less thin and the same shape but it doesn't matter. I actually had to cut a small clip to fit my MK5 Jetta's GLI grille and also had to cut a small clip-on bracket that sits in the grille for the GLI badge it normally has. I drilled a hole in the grille and screwed it into the bracket. Should be good for a while.
