Convenient iJDMTOY 3-Inch Bumper Guard Tube Mount License Plate Bracket/Holder - No Drilling Needed! Review

The product received absolutely no instructions. Installed with difficulty. But once (I hope that's true) the article held up.

Quality product to match what I do with my classic car. It's a bit unclear what to do with the extra screws, washers and stuff though.

My state requires a front license plate. I put up a bull bar and needed a good spot for my plate. It was a quick and inexpensive fix that looks really nice!

Although this was designed for Jeep handlebars I installed it on the front grille of our 2019 Subaru Ascent as our state just needs the faceplate for another year and drills a few holes in the front Bumper didn't seem ideal.

As advertised. However, there is no hardware for the actual plate to be mounted on the bracket. In addition, a washer must be attached to the center screw for stabilization. Anyone who needs this should have the hardware required, but it should come with the IMO product.

We quickly wrapped it around the center lower center bumper of our new Hyundai to avoid drilling holes. Survived a hurricane - 5 tropical storms, multiple car washes, dirt roads and still holding out. . Pretty strong if you ask me!

Terrible design in every way. Not suitable for standard hobs. Too small to fit in my Jeep's bumper. The screw hole for attaching the bracket to the plate is offset for some reason. The supplied hardware is not sufficient even with other defects. Every aspect of the design is flawed. Maybe work on a golf cart or motorcycle?

This is NOT something that can be easily installed in 5 minutes. You'll need to make a few adjustments, buy washers, silicone (to prevent rust), rubber grommet and blue Loctite. Yes, and there are no helpful instructions. I installed it to my satisfaction, but it certainly wasn't easy. So if what I've described seems intimidating, look elsewhere.

The product comes with 4 small screws, 1 washer and 3 nuts to fix the license plate to this bracket, the main screw that connects the license plate to the bracket. You can't pull this tight enough, he's still shaking. The bracket is made for a tube size, 3 pieces of rubber were sent under it, on the first hit I lost this rubber, and the license plate is looking down. I think the mount should be at least 1/2 inch adjustable.
