The product comes with 4 small screws, 1 washer and 3 nuts to fix the license plate to this bracket, the main screw that connects the license plate to the bracket. You can't pull this tight enough, he's still shaking. The bracket is made for a tube size, 3 pieces of rubber were sent under it, on the first hit I lost this rubber, and the license plate is looking down. I think the mount should be at least 1/2 inch adjustable.
