Terrible quality chopping board - Stay Away!

As a result of using this product, I found that it was incredibly flimsy and would bend under the slightest bit of pressure when chopping. The board is also too small, making it difficult to cut larger ingredients. The only pro of this product is that it is inexpensive. However, the low quality and unsatisfactory design makes it a waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a sturdier chopping board for your home and kitchen.

Similar cutlery and knife accessories

I didn't look closely when I received it. and I found a crack after a day of use. This cutting board is a composite board and is relatively strong but not heat resistant.

Use as a sous vide isolator.

I'm sure it works fine for what it's designed for, but I've never carved anything on it. I installed felt pads on one side and use them as an isolator for my sous vide. This isn't a problem if you're cooking steak or fish, but you'll need to preheat (185F) if you're cooking vegetables. This works well for my sous vide containers, and very little heat transfers to the countertop with felt pads.
