I brew my own kombucha and bought these because they were cheaper than the first set of similar bottles that I bought for the second fermentation. They work fine but I hated that the tops come detached and they're a bit hard to both open and close. I have to use s dish towel to push the metal bit open otherwise I hurt my finger.

Nice thick good quality bottles. Just have to put the caps on yourself, and they are pretty hard to close at first but gets easier the more you use.
