Disappointed how much is plastic

Looks cute .It's akward to use.Bashed my knuckles a bit trying to grind. Not well balanced. Not easy to really use.The crank wheel position is not the most ideal.Over priced ornament

Pros
  • I love this vintage lookUsing as a decor with my coffee scent candle and it's so perfect!
Cons
  • The manual process may not be suitable for those with disabilities or restricted movement

Missing a screw: my feedback

It came missing an important screw to hold the top to the bottom. So it doesn’t stay in place when grinding. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Can be used to make a variety of coffee drinks
Cons
  • The small size makes it difficult to grind beans for larger coffee makers

It slides! on my review.

This little grinder is fine for the casual coffee drinker. Two drawbacks, first, the gears are small so it takes a lot of turns to get your coffee. It was about 120 turns for a single serve coffee maker. Second, if they had added a couple suction cups to the bottom, it would be helpful. It slides as you grind! LOL.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain
Cons
  • The wooden material may be prone to scratches or dents over time

Better quality than I expected.

Cast iron body and ceramic grinding Stone wheel. Real wood for the lower body.It feels pretty decent. I'm kind of bummed at the gears are a fiber reinforced polymer, instead of metal, but I don't see them stripping out either.

Pros
  • I bought this as a decoration piece in my kitchen. It is perfect!
Cons
  • The small size may not be suitable for making large amounts of coffee at once

Great touch to our coffee bar!

Bought this for our rustic / steampunk coffee bar. It looks GREAT! Although, I am sure it would do just fine actually grinding coffee beans, I think that for practicality reasons it should be used for decorative purposes only.

Pros
  • Small and compact size for easy storage and portability
Cons
  • The wooden material may crack or split if exposed to high temperatures

Door wasn't attached

It's a beautiful decoration and works good. Takes some work but it's kind of fun. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the pine bin was lodged in the drawer opening and took some work to get it out and the drawer facing wasn't attached to the bin and i had to go buy some glue that would stick to wood to put it on! The package looked like it had been sold and was a return.

Pros
  • 10.91 x 5.55 x 5 inches
Cons
  • The wooden material may not withstand accidental drops or falls

Good As Novelty Item

This coffee grinder is pretty but not functional. My Husband loves this the coffee grinder. No bitterness. He even got me to drink a cup😊! Unless you want to purchase it as a novelty item, save your money.

Pros
  • My Husband loves this the coffee grinder. No bitterness. He even got me to drink a cup😊
Cons
  • The wooden material is not dishwasher safe and requires a lot of care and maintenance

IT AIN'T GRANDMA'S GRINDER

After tearing it apart to clean the wok oil n dengue fever off it, modifying n lubing critical point so it might last a little while. (Picture shows where I added a shim to the sloppy fit of the plastic gear to the shaft.)IT AIN'T GRANDMA'S GRINDER❗It is cast iron . where it doesn't matter AT ALL.Critical parts are plastic. The bur is ceramic. .but small and painfully SLOW.

Pros
  • I like the way my coffee tastes when I use this item
Cons
  • Very time consuming.

Not in great conditon. But its cute

Missing the piece used to adjust the fineness of the grains. Wasn't assembled properly and started coming apart as I tried to finish the assembly. Took me and hour to figure out how to put it back together from the awkward angle that was required. It is a neat way to grind coffee though.

Pros
  • Encourages a slower, more mindful coffee making process
Cons
  • The wooden material may be prone to splinters or rough edges

Cute and functional.

Super cute looking coffee grinder. I’m a bartender, and I used it to create a new drink at work using fresh ground coffee beans. Easy to use and easy to clean. Conversation starter for sure. Works great!

Pros
  • It is easy to use and a perfect backup to my electric coffee grinder!
Cons
  • The manual process can be time-consuming for those who are always on-the-go

Great product! - my new review

This product is so much fun. When it arrived it was very easy to put together and my six-year-old daughter and I enjoyed grinding our first espresso beans. The smell of fresh coffee in the house is Heavenly and it's a very attractive piece for the kitchen counter. Highly recommend this product

Pros
  • Produces a rich, aromatic coffee flavor
Cons
  • The wooden material may have a distinct taste that can be absorbed by the coffee

👍nice grinder Awesome!

It’s a little to small. Should be made to grind for a whole pot of coffee 12+cups. Other then that it’s awesome The small size may not be suitable for those with a large family or frequent guests.

Pros
  • Environmentally-friendly alternative to electric grinders
Cons
  • The small size may not be suitable for those with a large family or frequent guests

Win-win! Decorative and functional piece

Bought initially as a decorative piece. But decided to give it a try and I'm so glad that I did. Its a cool way to have super fresh coffee! My kids also love the novelty of it as well.

Pros
  • Great gift idea for coffee lovers, history buffs, or those who appreciate handmade craftsmanship
Cons
  • The manual process may not be suitable for those with mobility issues

Cute even if you don't actually use it!

I admit, I got this for decor and not function. That said, it does actually work. I find it much easier to use my electric grinder, but this nostalgic hand grinder would be fun to use every morning for fresh brewed coffee. Either way, use or decor, it's pretty cool!

Pros
  • Manual Grinders
Cons
  • The mesh coffee may require more filtration than traditional drip coffee

Great grinder! best in my review

Sometimes the wheel handle is a little hard to turn, but other than that, it's a good item. Grinds beans well. Cute decor.

Pros
  • High-quality wooden handle
Cons
  • The wooden material may be prone to warping in humid environments

Prepper Item - my new review

My daughter (Vegan and almost Amish) bought this for her family as a prepper item. She loves it. She doesn't use it daily, but has given it a thorough test and has told me it is perfect!

Pros
  • Hand-cranked mechanism for a nostalgic coffee-making experience
Cons
  • The mesh coffee may not be suitable for those who prefer their coffee milder
