The handle to open the door broke after just a few months. We were able to tweak it just enough to make it work. This was for an 88 year old man so the dial was much better than digital for him.

Very good product. Doesn't take up much space. Rotating tray inside for even cooking. The dial plan is way better than digital, at least for me. Very easy to use. I highly recommend this beautiful and affordable device.

My blind mum loves the ease of turning the knob. For them, simple things like this are the main factor in giving them some semblance of independence. She says it's the best gift I've ever bought her.

I like this microwave, price, size and space. The only thing I don't like: I wish someone could build a microwave oven without a bell. My husband wakes up, he works nights and wakes up everyone in the house trying to sleep. Think about it. Could you pass this idea on to the manufacturers? Please keep the call out of here.

I bought this for my mother because it has a simple DIAL instead of a number pad. That's great! However, the dial goes up to about 45 minutes - does anyone microwave anything for that long? (Exactly what I was hoping to AVOID by getting the dial!) In order to reach the mic in a few minutes or less, it's impossible to know how far to turn the dial. It is easier for them to understand, but useless in terms of time. .

I bought this microwave for my blind grandmother. Her old microwave broke recently, so I went to the hardware store to get her a new one, just like I thought. I never gave it much thought, but all the microwaves I've come across have touch button functions, which don't help my grandma at all. Needless to say I found a little puppy at Revane's and of course she loves him! Easy-to-use features are exactly what she is used to and needs. Only since December, but everything works great!

This unit replaces a Haier model I had for years but was lost in a catastrophic zucchini explosion. Living on the west coast, I was looking forward to seeing this blast furnace slowly spread across the country. This unit has 100W more power than my previous unit but seems to heat up exponentially faster. I'm still getting used to it. It's also difficult (and important) to balance the platter in the right spot. The various power settings don't snap, and the indicator on the dial is hard to see…
