Sent to my brother at his dorm as a joke. He called me and said that it caught fire a few seconds after he loaded the toast and turned it on. I didn't send it back because he threw it away long before I told him he could just take it to the UPS store to get my money back.

If I could give this toaster 2 negative stars that would be generous! THE WORST toaster in the world! Shred pop tarts! Won't actually toast the images on the bread, but will hold onto the bread and won't let go! So I beg you, if you like this toaster, take the bad toaster. It will match your mood when it's finally time to eat. Thank you for the money and time invested. I need to get another toaster!

I bought it as a birthday present for my boyfriend and thought it would be very cute but unfortunately it was NOT good. waste of money. When they contacted the seller they said they would not be returning. I wouldn't buy it as I know I can't return it if it doesn't suit me. The quality was poor and I'm sure it won't last long, the writing and images don't appear until you burn the bread. 2 thumbs down! :(
