Description of IMS 277317 High-Performance Super Stock Foot Pegs

For: Yamaha TTR90 00-07, TW200 90-97, XT250 08-10. Wider than stock to provide better traction and control with your feet staying in place and not sliding; the wider platform spreads out impact forces, reducing strain on your feet. IMS Super Stock Foot Pegs are made out of the same 17-4 stainless steel as the Pro Series making them less susceptible to damage. Less aggressive rounded tooth design than the Pro Series designed for all riding levels. Roughly 2 inch x 3 inch, these pegs make a huge difference in the control and handling of your bike.

Recommended: Perfect for my 2021 Yamaha TW200.

As the name suggests I installed them on my 2021 Yamaha TW200 in about 5 minutes. Rides are now much more comfortable and much more confident standing up.

  • New
Cons

happy feet. for foot accessories

So they didn't fit exactly, although I got them to work I had to sand the top of a pedal a bit to get them to fit. The other fits well. Much wider than standard Yamaha Tw200 footpegs. Great upgrade. Don't be discouraged by the minor change I had to make.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Little things

Mandatory for Yamaha BW80, PW80 or TW200

The stock footpegs are too small and dangerous if like me and other motocrossers want to stand and ride. slightly bent by previous owner. The stock Yamaha spring and IMS pin matched easily.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model

Reliable but not fun to install

Very strong pins. Putting on my 2021 TW200. There was an issue with the alignment of the pin on the side of the derailleur, but that's due to my recklessness prior to purchase. One tip: do your side of the switch first (it will most likely suffer from a previous fall). Use the pin on the other side to align the spring to the back, then it will come out when you insert the other side.

Poor quality - look elsewhere

Poor design - no features also at a high price. The main pin would not go through the two mounting holes on one of the footpegs due to alignment issues. but alone by all four, including two by bicycle. Once I finally got them installed they seem fine - I'd bail you out. Follow and buy Chinese fakes based on their quality.

Perfect fit for my 2017 Yamaha TW200

Perfect fit for my 2017 Yamaha TW200, they are large and well built, easy to install and offer the difference in comfort between standard footpegs. You can't compare them, stock clothespins are nothing. I'm glad I bought these IMS footpegs. PS The Revain page states that IMS 277317 are not compatible with the 2017 Yamaha TW200. That's wrong, the footpegs are compatible.

Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Not exactly a direct match. Lots of work fitting. NOT FOR YAMAHA TW00

They will NOT fit the 2013 Yamaha TW200 directly. Although the spacing and pivot are the correct size, the footpeg mounts require a lot of stock removal to install and pivot properly. I took them to work with the footpegs to duplicate the radius shape on the corners of the mount so it fits properly and deflects. Regular torsion springs aren't quite suitable either, but they still work. One leg of the spring is now higher than before and needs to be shortened. But they have a much wider platform

Pros
  • Permanent Test Results
Cons
  • Protection
