The rear view mirror fell off and the clips literally fell off. not worth the money. I ordered another one from Amazon which is much better. (looks like spider legs and rubber stuff. Spend a few bucks more and get a better phone holder) this one isn't worth the money.

Update 6/7/17: The mount was great at first but now I can't keep the phone in place. The spherical rotation is great, except it doesn't hold the phone in place. Due to the phone's weight and the not-so-smooth road, you have to tinker around with the phone a lot, which stops it from getting really loud.

This item does NOT hold my iPhone 8plus with an otter, it pops the phone out and sometimes throws it where I can't reach, when i'm driving. It also doesn't stay in the position I put it in, and because it's clamped too hard, my GPS turns off a few seconds after I put it in the mount and I have to keep fidgeting to find it. signal

Very inconvenient to use with iPhone 6 and 6 Plus as the power and voice buttons are hidden and difficult to reach when the phone is placed in the holder. I've also found that it's impossible to turn the phone horizontally without pulling it down a bit as the distance between the phone and the bottom of the mirror is tight. See photos please. I recommend lengthening the lever to allow enough room for smooth and easy phone use.

Incart working with Revain stands behind Incart products. It broke but Inkart said they would send me another one even though it's outside my return window. Sure the price is right, but that means loss of power. It sticks to the rearview mirror and the claws extend to hold my iPhone 6+; but: it doesn't last. During normal vehicle movement around a turn, etc., there is some slippage. Great idea that doesn't work! I installed this and my phone in the car and within 24 hours the ball joint would not hold its position. He fell and did not stay in view. The ball joint needs improved holding power to keep the phone upright. Then the adjustment screw/nut that holds the top of the ball joint mounting arm in place and allows for adjustment was removed the second or third time I tried to hold it in place.
