Passed without any problems! My husband bought this to replace his standard antenna. This does not affect the sound quality you will receive. This is a great replacement. Now I don't have to worry about it breaking when I wash my car at the car wash.

Very cheaply made but easy to install. Looks good when you're not 2 inches from it and it gets the radio working even though I don't use it because I have bluetooth. Definitely looks better than stock. one

I LOVE it! My Aries is pitch black and it just shows it off beautifully! As far as I've noticed it doesn't bother my radios and gives a good sound. I love it because it's small and slim instead of that ugly long factory silver. It's hard plastic, so it won't bend!

It looks amazing, I like the short black antenna and it doesn't hit low branches or the garage, it's so beautiful. I've lost reception a bit, FM sounds a little different and the bottom bevel doesn't match the base of my 2011 Ram 1500. It's hard to say without looking very closely. But I know he's there and it will always bother me a little. The thread fits and is tight. Plastic a little thin in my opinion, I would definitely take it off at the sink. In short, I would still buy again.

I got these and the black plastic antenna base for a 2012 Ram 1500. The original equipment 31 inch steel mast worked but was rusty and frankly looks very 20th century. Installing the antenna itself is very easy. Have a small wrench handy to loosen the old one. The new one is screwed on and tightened without a screwdriver.
