I needed something to cover an ugly floor in my house to get it ready for sale and it was perfect. We didn't have a carpet laying show so of course I went to the app which always saves me lol. This rug was inexpensive, soft, covered what I needed and looked good in the room. I would definitely buy again. All I've had to do so far is get larger things out of this rug, like lint or leaves from my shoes, so I can't tell if it's easy to clean up food or spilled drinks.

Pleasantly soft surface. It also looks great. There's not a lot of padding, though, so it's not ideal if you intend to use it for crawling or a lot of sitting (unless you can sit on a hard floor). I bought this to put on an exercise mat which I like to lay out on the floor. It's a good place to rest and play with my cats, and almost comfortable enough to sleep on (sleeping on the floor after thirty isn't a good idea, but that's my experience). It is very lightweight yet very plush and soft. The fibers are easy to vacuum or comb out and I haven't had any problems with hair fall. Sometimes you just want to lie on it and make angels out of the rug. Don't resist the desire.

This rug is VERY soft. It is important to know that a rug is made in a similar way to a bath rug. The lower part is not a typical woven carpet. It is a rubber material for bath mats, which makes the mat very flexible. For me it's perfect because it's a basement rug and a place I flood it from time to time. The rug I received would not qualify as a rug in my opinion. It's more like a very thick blanket for the floor. The photos and videos definitely show that the carpet is more durable. I am very happy with them, very soft. I put two of these together into a 10 x 13, cheap as any other amazon this size, and only the foam padding is almost as thick. Well this is of course a budget rug, not very dense in fiber enough to show customers but it is exactly as advertised.
