Nice little speaker, easy to set up and use. I'm ordering a second set to take with me when I go to events where we need more wireless audio. The remote control is a great option.

It's easy to set up, but of the two sets we bought, one speaker in each set cannot run on batteries due to incorrect factory wiring. If you look at the attached photo the speaker on the right has 2 springs in the leftmost compartment making it impossible to run on batteries.

PERFECT! At night when we go to bed we watch TV and often don't hear it unless it's turned on pretty loud. With a transmitter and speakers this is perfect for my husband and I who each have a speaker on our bedside tables. When one of us wants to sleep, we turn off the speaker while the other can still watch TV with the speaker on the bedside table. It was the only speaker system I was looking for!

The original pair, the Recoton 900Mhz were stunning and I initially bought a powerful Bluetooth transmitter and two Bluetooth speakers to replace them.
