Fuck the bad reviews! I love these things. For those of us who watched the wireless speaker market in its infancy, they were of great value for the time. You do what you think (if you're an old-timer like me). Nothing fancy, they just work. I had these two Sonys in the late 90's that sounded like tin cans but I loved them! It was the sound moving from my home computer to the backyard and it was amazing at the time. As for batteries, I never use them. I just take the speaker outside when I need one (or both) and plug it in. It's 2020 and full WiFi is not required, just plug it in. Dude if you had money you would buy other systems. who do what you want. For those of us who can get them for such a low price, they're fine. when you work alone on the street, you still don't want to blow shit. If you did that, you'd be spending another $50 or $100 and getting a killer boombox, so please understand. It's good and for the price you can't beat it. They work great, sound great.
