This is a small, soft, pretty sheepskin that exactly fits in front of the vanity in my bathroom. I've had it about two months and are very happy with the decision to purchase. This is ideal to keep my bare feet off the cool marble floor. We've had another sheepskin for many years (about 6 times as big as this and made up of several skins sewn together) and this is much more light-weight and manageable. Size is as advertised and upon arrival had no strange or off putting odor. I have this placed in front of my couch in the living room and my husky very much has taken over the use of this rug. With that being said, I often vacuum the rug and all of the hair has stayed put and hasn't pulled out at all. This is beautiful. It’s soft and cuddly, just as I’d hoped. I use it as a sofa throw, and it’s very nice to snuggle against. You might want to get a brush for it, too. It arrived all fluffy, but the natural tendency is for the fur to cling together in small tendrils.

The only thing that keeps this product from being a 5 star is that they claim it is 2+ by 3.5 feet. I bought two of them, and both of them are exactly 36" long at the longest point, and a scant 24" wide at the absolute widest point. So, I feel a bit cheated on the size. Great rug! Love the quality! It did have a bit of an petting zoo smell when it came, so I sprayed some air freshener on it, and boom no smell. It's a great rug, especially for the price. I saw a slightly smaller nearly identical one at Crate & Barrel for $800+! So this rug at around $400 is a steal! I'm more than happy with this product! :)

This is exactly what I was looking for for my new apartment! Before ordering this genuine sheep skin rug, I ordered faux one but it was unnaturally shiny and looked so cheap so I had to return it and replaced it with this one. I’m glad that I did! I love the softness and the gorgeous looks. It’s not too white, not too yellow. Perfect color for my liking. Definitely add some warmth to the room.

Beautiful, fluffy, thick rug, very good quality. Same as we saw in high end home stores. Has held up very well with our two dogs.

Positives are that it seems to be genuine sheepskin, is really soft, looks great. Negative is the smell. I left outside to air out after spraying with Febreeze multiple times so its finally better but smell present after 2 months.
