I used this on a shell lamp. The rope is so long that it can be hung from the ceiling twice. I have it on a pole and it goes well with my coastal decor. Easy to light, easy to adjust. I like that the switch is lower on the cord so it's not visible and I can plug it in anywhere in the room.

I really had high hopes for that. I've made pendant lights in the past and they came out beautifully. This string of lights is also included, but I bought it on purpose because it has a switch on the cord. I plugged it in and the switch wouldn't turn off my lightbulb. I need light for a child's room, so this is very important to me.

I wish there was a manual on how to use the different sizes, but other than that it's great. For real. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the pendant light, it's beautiful, functional and exactly what I wanted. Since I have it in a hard-to-reach spot, we plugged it into a smart outlet and it works great!

Cable size suitable for hanging lamp. The cord is brown and long enough to hang from the ceiling. It came with mounting hooks. However, you will need a drill if you plan to hang it from the ceiling. If you only hang it from a single point on the wall or hook, it should be easy to install. If you are planning what I did, be prepared that the installation will take some time.

Looks a lot better than the thick industrial cable I was going to buy at the flat pack store where I bought the umbrella! Gives my pendant a nice unique look compared to a regular black or white pine. The length is perfect and the cord is strong, it comes with a hanging kit (drywall hook/anchor) but I hung it with button cord lol! With a smart lightbulb + Alexa I won't really use the switch but it works and is in a good position from the plug. A+++! Glad I found this first!

These rope pendant lights are just what I needed for one of my bedrooms.
