Disappointed with this product

Sensors are really shaky. Don't think that he can take your pressure all the time. Very cheaply built. You get what you pay for!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • There are nuances

Pretty good regulator, seems accurate

Looks like a high quality brass regulator. Seems fairly accurate compared to some of the other cheaper controllers I've bought. No leaks and seems to be supporting the established flow well.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Cheap - Welder

I have several Miller brand regulators in the same configuration and they are of comparable quality. They were significantly cheaper than the Miller versions. I will probably order more of these for my future needs.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Negative impression

Another argon bottle cost me

After several hours of welding I realized that the seat on the tank fitting was not made correctly. The newly filled tank was empty. Yes, I should have checked it for leaks when I installed it, but I shouldn't have. Replaced the part that fits the tank valve with a used gauge part.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Inexpensive and works: gas regulator

looks a bit cheap. Pretty close to being accurate, but I'd recommend checking it regularly. It seems to depend on how full your tank is whether it's reading or regulating correctly. But it works and does its job for a reasonable price. I've had mine for almost a year now, I've run a couple of 80cf tanks on it and it still seems fine.

OK, but not perfect.

When I first received it, it seemed very good for the price. Finally replaced our old broken regulator and now disappointed. I'm not sure if that's just a defect, but the flow meter is definitely not reading. Typically 25 cfh goes through my Furik cup when working with stainless steel. With this 25 cfh regulator, the torch will emit argon like an air hose. probably well north of 35-40cfh. It still works, but now I run the meter at 15 cfh or less to keep the flow in check.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

unreliable, does not maintain constant pressure

I have used several argon gauges and this is by far the worst I have ever had. We must constantly monitor the pressure of the welding process as it often fluctuates. I have never had such an unreliable flow meter. If the gas flow is too low, the tungsten bath and tungsten are no longer properly protected. Tungsten can be sharpened and replaced, but project details can be messed up. I hope my experience is a coincidence, but I won't risk it again with a cheap flow meter.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Great Regulator - Gas Regulator

Upon receipt of the regulator in record time. I was skeptical when I opened the package fearing the quality would be inferior as it was comparatively cheap compared to others on the market. When I opened the box and took it out, I was pleasantly surprised. The structure is made of good solid brass. This includes an intelligent three-way adapter for connecting different hoses to the regulator. The regulator rotates smoothly, which allows you to adjust the gas pressure. I have not verified the…

Expect problems

I was optimistic but that all changed when I got my first copy. One of the gauges had a needle on the wrong side of the stop thread. The meter's plastic cap fits snugly, so there's no need to unscrew it to carefully reattach it. This set was sent back so I tried again with a second set. The gauges looked fine but noticed there was a leak somewhere because my new tank was quickly draining. I sprayed it with soap and water like a tire and noticed a significant leak where the hose nipple joined…
