I like all of their features, especially the ability for my colleagues in other offices around the world to join our meetings via web conferencing. It's not as easy as Zoom or GoToMeeting to use if you're new to it - but once you figure out how to use it, there are lots of great features! I love being able to be in my office but still have access to all of my calls with clients, customers etc without having to pick up my phone or walk over there! The ability for my employees to connect with each other regardless of location or device is great! I think it could be improved by allowing people in different states/countries more freedom when scheduling meetings, but this has been addressed since launch so there's not much else you need worry about here either way!
