I bought this in April 2019. I found that many times my hair got tangled and formed knots at the end of the dryer. I would have to stop, pull it out and unravel it. It was terrible. There is a small nut at the end to hold the fan blade and the suction pulls in hair and frizzes. Like other reviewers, I smelled a burnt odor when I turned the unit off very quickly one day, thinking it might be overheating. Now I have the problem that the motor fails. I bought this product after spending the weekend borrowing from friends and I really liked it. The smell of burning appeared in the first week. I checked the filter for hair and there was nothing. Now it doesn't switch from high to low speed (only works on high speed) and now only blows cold air. I've only had it for 4 months and I wash my hair twice a week, that's not enough it doesn't work that way. DO NOT BUY!

Hair dryer powerful, lots of settings, it's great. What's not so good are the buttons. They shift instead of sliding, which means your fingers are pressing the buttons as you hold and maneuver (when you pick up the grip) and your settings change. The really bad design makes this excellent dryer completely frustrating to use.

Update 12/12/2017: This hair dryer is a joke. The hot temperature was getting cooler and cooler and yesterday (11/12) the temperature change button stopped working. We don't get temperatures anywhere between low, medium and high. Extremely disappointed with this product and now only 64 days after our original purchase we have to buy another one. I bought it back in August and after 4 months this hair dryer smells like an electric fire waiting in the wings. I can't use it. I have been using this brand for many years. It needs to be replaced. Of course if I had NOT bought it from Amazon I would have sent it back and gotten another one. Recommend all options. I don't have the money to throw them away so I'd appreciate it if you could just replace this hair dryer. And no, I didn't keep the box because I expected it to last a lot longer.

I used the dryer for the first time, I didn't like it. Only I made the adjustment. It blows harder than my previous hair dryer. I've used it several times since buying it and I love this dryer. I love everything about this hair dryer - it does everything it says in the description. I have fine hair and for the first time in my life I don't feel like I'm damaging my hair drying it. When I ordered it I was skeptical about the rose gold color (I'm not a fan of either color) but when I actually saw the hair dryer I was very surprised at how elegant and beautiful it is.
