Infinity Labs has been a great solution for our business needs!!

I like how easy it was set up, as well has being able use in multiple locations with ease of access from home or mobile devices! The customer service team at infinity labs were amazing through out my training period (which took over 3 months!). They never failed me when i had questions that they always answered them promptly & professionally!! Very effective EDM software package - well worth investing money

The benefits are easy to use and it's user friendly. All of my employees love it, they can log in with their email accounts and that makes life easier than having them use a separate computer or mobile devices to enter data into our EHR system. The only issue we've run across is it takes awhile for it to load the last entered data when you close the window. This happens on every machine we have used it on.   • It loads quickly even if there isn't internet connectivity.It works well at home as opposed other options which ask where I am connected from before working.I'm very happy using infinity lab over many years now!
