The ability to store and search for documents was great, but I didn't like that it took so long to load. It would take 15-20 minutes before I could even start searching. I liked that this solution is really cost efficient, has good UI/UX design & great user friendly features which make it easy for us to manage our files. This software does not support file conversion but we can copy documents from other softwares like MS Word etc. Also sometimes they are slow at connecting with Dropbox when uploading large amounts of Documents (we regularly update around 15GB). The best is that it's free, so there are no limits for storage or size to worry about; even though we're using only 10 GBs each year (1 TB total), I don't think this can cause any problems at all when searching by title/date etc.; also very flexible system design allows us many options regarding organization within our databases as well - everything from simple folders structure with subfolders hierarchy down level 1 folder per month which then have their own subsubfolder structures until end…
