After spending the whole summer at the beach I will never buy a terry towel again! Unlike traditional beach towels, they don't pick up sand and dirt and don't get very heavy when wet. I didn't find them scratchy at all after a few washes. I even use it for my shower at home. Super quality, beautiful colors, very practical.

Got this to try before I go on the Camino. Which will now be much later than before! Firstly I love the colors and the design. The weight is good and while I'm not used to using something this thin, it works great and is perfect for hiking. It dries my skin out pretty well and is nice to use as a wrap or scarf on my head when the sun is too bright.

This "towel" comes in very handy. You can do everything you do with a regular towel plus a few more things. Doesn't take up as much space as normal beach towels, but as described it's a different material. It absorbs well but don't expect a towel-like feel. Sometimes I use it as a beach blanket, I cross two corners on the chest, take it by the neck, tie and get a towel dress, hehe.

Bought for the pool and I like it very much. I use them as bedspreads in the guest rooms and encourage guests to use them when going to the pool. Can be used as a cape, bed scarf, bath towel, beach blanket! so versatile. They dry so quickly compared to regular beach towels that you can use them all day - saving me the hassle of wet towels and laundry all day. If I write a review I'll convince myself to buy more haha.

I can't speak or compare it to other Turkish towels because it's the first towel I've ever had but for me it's a great towel. Some reviews said they were disappointed with shrinkage issues, mine had a little shrinkage but honestly it doesn't matter because it's such a huge towel. The packaging is excellent, there is no extraneous odor, the stitching is excellent. Perfect. I couldn't be happier, thanks for a great product!

I am very glad I bought this towel. I've wanted a set like this for a long time and decided to buy it just to see how I like it. I'm quite a fat girl, 190 pounds, and this towel not only covers me completely but it can dry me completely. This is after it has shrunk to its maximum in the washer/dryer (washed 3 times at the time of this review). Just received the Turkish bath towel. Oh my goodness! It was soft right out of the box. It has NO odor as mentioned in other reviews. Now in the wash as directed on the label. The label also says to put it in the dryer, but I chose to hang it to dry. This will replace the bulky bath towel in my swim bag. I am very happy to use this lightweight, compact towel. It doesn't look like a towel I've used before but it's good! Once you get over how different it is from your expectations, you will see all of its benefits. It's so soft, so light, so versatile. It's also huge, 39" x 73" (which is over a meter by over six feet, so pretty big). I wrapped it twice around me and kind of buried myself in it.
