Great tool for keeping organizations running

The most helpful thing was that I could keep track of things like schedules and volunteers by using the app to schedule meetings from my phone. I had to use a computer in order to make changes or add new appointments. It was easier to find this out when I started using it as opposed to before I discovered it. I felt that they were trying to push me towards becoming a paid user. They did not give a good explanation about what the difference between the paid version and free version is. I think…

Pros
  • That there's an option for both iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) AND Android phones/tablets too!! And all platforms work together seamlessly which means less confusion among staff members especially those without tech savvy experience :) Also love being able to view data via Excel reports directly through Dashboard tab once downloaded & synced up properly.Great way to organize scheduling info into one central location..and great customer service support team
