The most helpful thing was that I could keep track of things like schedules and volunteers by using the app to schedule meetings from my phone. I had to use a computer in order to make changes or add new appointments. It was easier to find this out when I started using it as opposed to before I discovered it. I felt that they were trying to push me towards becoming a paid user. They did not give a good explanation about what the difference between the paid version and free version is. I think that it is worth using if you are needing more organized tools to help with your organization. We used this at our school to schedule student teachers and provide them with their schedules. It made it easy to plan different activities within the same day. I like how you can track everything from your volunteers to their hours to paychecks. It is very easy to use and navigate with no problems. I do not have any dislikes about this software. It makes managing my organization so much easier! It has really helped me keep track of our volunteer hours and it helps keep everyone organized. We are able to see who is working where and what they are doing at any given time. This makes it easier to get things done since we know who is available when.
