Replacement probe works like new

Put my inkbird back in position with ambient temperature for my smoker. Didn't know the sensor could break, but the original did. This replacement works as it should.

Pros
  • Oven sensor Replacement thermometer for IBT-4XS and IBT-6XS grills
Cons
  • Useless features

Ambient Temperature Sensor on Meat

The original sensor I received with InkBird was notorious for being finicky and bordered on useless after I wet the cable a bit during a cleaning cycle . So I diligently avoided getting it wet. So far so good after 3 brisket preparations.

Pros
  • Temperature Range: 32~572℉/0-300℃; (short-term measurement); 32~482℉/0-250℃ (continuous monitoring)
Cons
  • Unusable functions
