Description of 🎙️ InnoGear Adjustable Microphone Stand for Blue Yeti with Shock Mount, Pop Filter, and Cable Ties - Medium

Shock Mount: Please noted the shock mount is not fit for Blue Yeti.It is made of high-quality material and can protect the microphone all-around with high rubber rope design which makes the microphone more convenient to install and prevent it from falling. The shock mount has a hole diameter of 52mm, which is slightly larger than others. Heavy-duty Structure Mic Stand: The extra strong spring prevents the microphone from accidental dropping, noise generation and shaking. It has a table mounting clamp and protective layers of sponge. An adjustable positioning screw can easily clip to any desktop with a thickness of 2". Double Screen Pop Filters: The first screen blocks air blasts as any pop filter normally would. The gap in between then disperses any remaining air pressure, so by the time it passes the second screen, the blast is easily contained. Especially Design: The cable ties which adopt the self-locking fastener design, strong durable powerful lock, easy handling and prevent snagging in tight. All-in-One Combo: Package includes all the items you need for studio recording and live sound, a microphone stand, a zinc alloy table mounting clamp, a 3/8" to 5/8" metal screw adapter to make it perfect for blue yeti and other microphones, a pop filter, a shock mount and five cable ties, easy to assemble and carry.

All in all a decent mic boom

This is a great value mic boom stand that works the way you want it to if you have space on your desk. Alignment - there is no free form manipulation, to rotate it freely you need to loosen the base boom screw, and the design of the socket - it is not designed to rotate freely. The weight keeps it in place so it's fine. Overall a good product. For some microphones, the shock mount needs to be adjusted a bit.

Cons
  • Nothing here

Great if your table or table edge is square

I love this product on my desk but due to Covid 19 I'm at home on my kitchen table and the edge is bevelled. This keeps the center of the screw just below the edge of the table, so with the right amount of pressure in the right direction it will loosen it a bit. It's not a huge disadvantage, but my brother's mic boom (a similar product but with a curved metal clip) doesn't have that. it said i would buy another one. Actually I did. He'll keep my cheap studio light behind my computer for video…

Easy to adjust and good quality for the price

I loved how easy it was to put together. I use this stand with an AT2020 mic and the shock absorbing mount provides a snug fit that ensures there is no vibration when recording. Be patient when inserting the microphone into the holder. The mount opens slightly on one side, so I recommend untying the cord on that side before placing the mic. Once the microphone is in place, continue pulling the cord back into place. Check out the little clip I posted showing how easy it is to set up and start…

Great for the price!

I was surprised at how well it was made. The clamp mount is better than expected. The finish is smooth and matte. It matches the display, which is a plus, and it has a blue Yeti mic. The shock does not fit the Yeti as advertised. It fits my Maono microphone perfectly. Easy shock adjustment (plastic) if you are familiar or unfamiliar with this part. The springs seemed weak at first, but hold up well. I order two for my podcast studio at home for $13 each. Comes with 1 year warranty and user…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Not reliable

Simple and cute. But unreliable

Bought for Samson Q2U microphone. The mount looks a bit flimsy but it can handle the weight, the shock resistance only matches condenser mics, not the Samson Q2U so it was a bummer. Do not move your hand during recording as the spring will twitch at one point and make a clicking sound. Happened several times, that's a bummer too. It's worth it for the high twenties. But you could expect a little thicker. and the arm is long. The spring click is a big bummer as it is designed for a sound device…

I still can't get it to work

I've tried following the assembly instructions but the parts don't fit, the *minor* flaw that comes with it is it's not strong enough for my mic and the bracket is loose and I can't sit tight. Funny thing is I can make it look amazing once I've taken a picture, but the moment you bang the stand or move the mic a little, the thing shakes like crazy. Attached to the table as shown in the picture. This product is meant to look great online but when you see how cheap it is in a real store you would

Useless shock absorber, useless product.

I got this because it was a cheap package with a shock absorber and a pop screen. Pop filters are easy to find and they're all the same, but it seemed like a convenient way to kill two birds with one stone. I received a separate stand, I bought this only for the assembly and the filter. My AT2020 XLR barely got into the shock and when I finally pushed it in I saw and the suspension part of the shock touched the rest of it. Useless! It's not actually suspended so the vibrations can only…
