Very high quality, professional feel and look.

The processing quality is exemplary. Absolute product quality. I was going to give it a 3 or 4 for light weight but due to the weight it can handle I ended up getting a 5 for the type of use I expect it to be used for. The plan is to use large 200-400mm zoom lenses and a small telescope with camera, lenses, scopes, etc. I quickly loaded everything onto it to see how stable it "feels". 100% solid with a total load of approx. 10-12 kg. That's not even close to the maximum load. But I easily…

Unbelievable. - Camera and photo

At the time of writing this review, this tripod is currently unavailable. That being said, this tripod cost me $297, which is an incredible price for the sheer quality of this tripod. My $650 Induro CLT-303 tripod with PHQ-3 head broke in every possible way, so I scoured the market for a carbon tripod that fit on a budget, was strong, and was relatively light. I paired this Innorel tripod with a $75 Desmond DB-44 ball head and I can honestly tell you it was one of my best purchases. For around…

Amazingly strong and light CF tripod.

When I went crazy and ordered a ridiculously expensive 500mm f/4 telephoto lens, I knew I was going to need a much more powerful tripod and that was it. The legs are large in diameter and made of thick tubing. I prefer the rotary collet leg adjustment to flip locks. Setup is quick and painless. The bowl adjusts smoothly and tightens firmly. There is a hook under the flat pan for hanging the weight but not for the bowl. It came with a very nice durable soft case, don't know about the ball head…

  • Really don't like it, everything's fine

A solid tripod won't break the bank

The tripod arrived yesterday so this review does not represent a full experience of this product. This tripod is a very solid construction - all the connections are tight and smooth and the finish is very good. Nothing wobbles or fits badly (which would be bad news for any tripod). Very well packaged and shipped. Came with a hard case (nice surprise) - it has a quality zip which easily convinces me as I hate cheap zips. This is my first module with a leveling base (handy for panoramas and…

Just as good or better than big brands for a fraction of the price.

This is a first impression rating. We'll see how the tripod performs over time, but first impressions of the quality are fantastic. This thing is amazingly well made and designed. The included bowl/dip and flat plate mounts are also excellent and even without them the tripod is phenomenal value. It's even better with them (the Equalizer Cup is usually sold alone for around $50-$75 from Revain companies, or much more from big brands). IMPORTANT NOTE: The weight listed is a little misleading, but

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Damaged

If you're looking for a great tripod, you have to try the RT-90C.

I received the Innorel RT-90C tripod about a week ago and am very happy with my purchase. It's amazing what you get for so much money. This is a very well built tripod that will be with me for years to come. At 6 pounds it's a bit heavy compared to most advertised carbon fiber tripods and I knew that when I bought it. But for a few pounds more you get a solid mount for longer lenses, and the 40mm legs offer that. The thing is rock solid. I've used and owned several mid-range ($250-$500) tripods

After 4 weeks of use - I like it.

The first thing you need to know is that the shipping estimate was far from it. I received the INNOREL RT-90C Professional Heavy Duty Tripod within 3 weeks. The original estimated delivery date was 3 months. I've had the tripod for a month now, I've used it several times and I'm very happy with my purchase. I photograph wildlife and carry my camera and 600mm lens on a tripod with my legs stretched out for miles. I found it well balanced and comfortable to carry on my shoulder for most of the…
