Try it first! - Thermistors

Fixed my Hayward salt panel turning on and off constantly. No need for a new board, just take this thermistor and if you can solder it, it takes 10 minutes. $7 versus hundreds, do your research.

Cons
  • Corrupted

Just wish I need Thermistors

Product as described. used this to fix my Aquarite SWG. There was no power indicator on the SWG and the generation indicator went out after about 20 seconds. My circuit board was melted down by an old one. However, I've cleaned it, soldered it, and it works great. Much better than $180 for a new board.

Forget the soldering, go to your local phone repair shop

One of the best buys. The Hayward Chlorine System activity light will turn off after 30 seconds and the pool will turn green. The swimming pool company recommends replacing the system. After a little research and thanks to all the reviewers here, I haven't replaced a $1,000 system or a $300 board. This part cost me $10 and $45 at a local phone repair shop to remove the old part with solder and then install the new part. Full of anticipation, I reinstalled the board and Viola! It worked! So…
