Disappointing quality, unreliable connection

As my tests showed, the connection was frequently lost and the cable felt flimsy. The only positive was the affordable price. However the negative experience outweighed any cost savings. .

VESA certified cable is cost effective.

I've never come across useless, overpriced cables when it comes to home theater, so I was almost ready to buy an unknown brand DP cable for my new ASUS gaming monitor with a max refresh rate of 144Hz to buy. . Then I read some reviews and realized that these cables are rather promising but short-lived. This cable is on the VESA approved list of DP cables that comply with the standards and so far it has met my quality expectations. I will update this review if this changes.
