Works for what I needed! No complicated settings and complicated instructions. Be sure to use the level before drilling any holes. Otherwise, this product has no disadvantages. I originally had a 50 inch TV but upgraded to a 65 inch. This mount fits both sizes and I didn't have to move it. I highly recommend it.

This TV mount was already defective and unusable after unpacking. The fastening straps feel very light. One of the mounting straps had a hole torn out where it was supposed to be fastened with a rivet. I contacted Insignia to inquire about a new mount and was told they were unable to help. Now I'm stuck with a TV mount I can't use. I need to do more when it should have been right out of the box. Insignia had poor customer service.
