Tilts up. best in TV & Video

I have a 55 inch Samsung and assemble everything according to the instructions, on the wall bracket and my television tilts up! It's not directly on the wall. It would be fine if he leaned forward and just placed it higher on the wall, but since he's pointing my TV at the ceiling, it's almost impossible to see! waste of time and money.
