I liked how they have a very unique process for recruiting and hiring. They really take the time to get to know their candidates, and they do what it takes to ensure that they are successful. Sometimes there is a bit of a lag between when we apply and them seeing our application. They also don't seem to be as open or transparent with us as other agencies that we've worked with. I like that they are able to help us with our staffing needs, whether it be for temporary or fulltime employees! They have helped me find great candidates in my area who fit what we need most now (and will continue into future). The only thing is sometimes you can't get through their system if there's too much traffic but other than this everything has been good so far!!
