The best thing about house call is that it has so many features, you can use this app in very easy ways to monitor your computer remotely even without access of internet connection. The support team is very helpful and will go out of their way to help you with any issues you may have. I have not had any issues with instant housecall so far. It's a great remote support tool. It's easy to use and has a friendly interface. I really like that I can see what the client is doing on their computer and that I can interact with them via instant messaging.
