🥘 Versatile Instant Pot Official Springform Pan: Perfectly Sized, 7.5-Inch Diameter, in Sleek Gray Review

I ordered this particular pan because it is 7.5" and larger than the regular Instant Pot Split Pan. I poured water in to check for leaks and it leaked. I had to line it with foil to keep it from leaking while I cooked the lasagna. Because it was a large pot, it didn't fit on the stand with the handles up. I ended up putting the handles on a stand and doing a foil bandage. I'm already looking forward to the next cheesecake in the pan.

Thank you for designing the perfect springform pan for use in the Instant Pot. 7 1/2" instead of the typical 7" with a flat bottom, very deep sides, thick metal and a thick layer of high quality non-stick coating. This makes a world of difference in the amount of cheesecake you can get in this pan. I really appreciate the smooth bottom so my crusts don't stick. I used it for my Thanksgiving pumpkin pie and it suits a full size recipe for 8-10 servings with room. Excellent work!

When I received this product it was in new packaging. When I opened it, there were drops of water in the tray, which I found odd for something new. Nothing else was wet or damp. Then I thought it was probably a return that was repackaged and sent back. I poured water into it and it dripped like a sieve. Not a single product remains in this pan. I don't know if this has been repackaged or not, but I also don't know why there might be water droplets in the pot, so you can draw your own…

We use our intellectual property all the time, but we didn't have a shared form. Decided it was time. And I chose the "official" IP version. Unfortunately, our first two attempts at using it (potatoes with scallops and lasagna) were unsuccessful. Very very disappointed. First, as many others have reported, the split pan is leaking. A lot of. I don't expect it to hold water like a bowl. But I think it should hold thick liquids (like condensed milk for potatoes and tomato-meat mix for lasagna)…
