Did my job at 1:55

This little device just saved us. The alarm went off at 1:55 am and he was just collecting a drop of water from the air conditioner upstairs. Just a drop, it hasn't leaked much yet and it saved us another wet blanket coming from the aircon upstairs. This device did the job. Many Thanks. I have 2 other 1 air conditioned room on the ground floor behind the bathroom. Where are the problems with water leakage, where before. Great little device. Bravo

The best decision I've made for my home!

This was one of the most valuable small purchases I've ever made! The alarm has twice saved us from potentially flooding our basement for the third time in 5 years. The alarm clock is loud and we can hear it from every room. So if there is a problem, we will know immediately. The most impressive thing is that I accidentally put them in the washer AND dryer (long story) before installing them and they still work great! I would highly recommend this product to save me hours of store cleaning and…

Batteries are very easy

I have to say it was so easy to install. The battery compartment wasn't difficult to open. Once you get a good grip on the side of your nails it should be easy to do. Plus no screws, no screwdriver required :) They worked as soon as I tested them and the red light tells me the batteries are working. Thumbs up! Now maybe this style, with a handy battery door that opens and closes over Wi-Fi on my Apple iPhone, which I'm waiting and hoping for :) I tested it again tonight and forgot I can open…

Works and saved me cleaning.

We have a septic tank and every time we a group of people stay for a few weeks we get clogged TS at the inlet to the septic tank T. I have to dig the cesspool T to cover and clean . The problem most often occurs when the floor drain in the garage overflows as the house lines fill up. This time I bought an alarm and lowered the sensor into the floor drain. As usual, a week after everyone had gone home, the alarm clock rang. A bright flash of light and a sound that demands your attention makes it

Scarce but not profitable

Pros and Cons: Nice looks, affordable batteries, easy device installation, fairly loud alarm; and the overall performance was good. Unfortunately, the average life of 7-8 weeks with 3 new US made batteries in each device - with no low battery alarms - is totally unacceptable. The electrical engineering does not meet today's standards. Batteries should last much longer. My installations were under sinks and behind access hatches where leaks would occur in the first place, so I wasn't inclined to
