Very Quiet - Practice Balls

We used to hit the office with plastic golf balls but they were loud bouncing off walls and could throw things over people tables, and last but not least, when we hit someone with a slashed eight on the head, it was time for a change. These balls are very quiet and cannot hit a target at close range. They will also be crushed if you step on them, so there is less danger. Tireless practice in the office doesn't necessarily lead to better skills on the course :) If only we could use real golf…

Durable but does not show rotation well.

You get what you pay for with these foam balls. The balls are durable, easy to hit off my practice mat, but as expected they don't feel like regular golf balls. It's hard to feel the impact of the ball and you can't read the spin on the face of the racquet like you can with some of the harder practice balls. That's a compromise: you can bang on the garage door with it without fear. Damage, but don't require them to behave like a harder ball at long range. Generally they are good in tight…

Small but nice. suitable for training. Balls

The balls I received were 1.5 inches in diameter. The US standard ball is 1.68 inches. This might seem like a small change, but it's a significant one. I prefer to train with full-size balls. They are softer and lighter than the more rubberized Callaway-style training balls. Outdoors I can hit them up to 40 meters without wind. The wind has little effect on the flight of the ball. Indoors, I can knock them off the house wall without fear of damaging anything (I use an exercise mat). Overall a…
