The processor does not work. HDMI and DisplayPort on the motherboard output video with artifacts. The computer also restarted randomly. I'm using an Asus Z590 motherboard. Went to a better buy and bought an I9 10900 which replaced the faulty processor and the problems subsided. Sent this i7-11700 back

Searched 11600K but couldn't find it. I also needed integrated graphics because now I didn't want to be forced to overpay for a GPU. I'm not a big gamer, so the lack of overclocking isn't a big issue for me. It's way faster than the old AMD processor I had.

I just taught a 15 year old. old grandson how to assemble and maintain his own computer. I bought a new MSI Z590-A motherboard with 32GB of high-speed gaming memory (DDR4 3200) and upgraded it with a new 11th Gen processor. It caught fire as soon as he flipped the switch! Grandson is proud of his work! I recommend using integrated graphics (UHD 750) instead of a separate Nvidia RTX card due to affordability and high price! Good cards are currently not available due to a shortage of chips…

I've never had any processor brand other than Intel. I'm upgrading from the i7700HQ mobile processor with HD 630 graphics. I bought this primarily for UHD 750 graphics and Quick Sync. I've seen a 47 percent increase in transcoding speed from DVD to H.264 (480p). While that's damn good, the price of the processor confuses me. What worries me the most is that using Quick Sync doesn't really require a lot of cores. I got maybe 30% utilization from 8 cores and 92% utilization from UHD 750 graphics.
