Easily overclockable to 4.7GHz

I paired this processor with an EVGA x299 Dark motherboard and ran OC Robot to overclock it to a much higher maximum clock speed. No crashes and the system is cool. I use a 240mm AIO water cooler to keep the temperature at an acceptable level. I use this system for various tasks including general gaming and video recording. Couldn't be happier for the value for money. The delivery took three days, that's the only thing I can fault (and I'm picky).

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Like Computers and accessories

When I use the factory settings, it works better than I could have hoped for a "non" SLI system. Added image of test results. Intel Stability: CPU Processors

Good power saving, runs at 5 watts only during normal browsing. Fans almost never tune in. Super fast for audio/video rendering. 10-core, future-proof. Great processor for a workstation. Note that Device Manager reports 10 Core I9. But when you get to the driver itself, it uses the Xeon drivers. Here is your hint. Probably not the best for gaming, but for my application (A/V) it's the best.

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • Hard to tell

WRONG CPU! - Computer components

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I would give zero stars here if I could. I bought this processor in May. Unfortunately, I had a forced move and work was interfering with assembling my computer. When I got to it. I found that the processor is not working. Went through ALL troubleshooting. definitely CPU. I tried to return it but found that the seller only allows returns up to 30 days. I was beyond that so I decided to try Intel's 3 year warranty first. Well after going through the whole process and

Impressive but expensive.

My first homebuilt PC in 10 years. I've been lazy and just bought a beautiful building in the last decade. But after my last Alienware struggled with RDR2, I decided to build it again. This processor paired with an ASUS 2080 8GB OC Dual graphics card with 16GB DDR4 RAM absolutely destroys everything I throw at the highest possible graphics settings. There are no bottlenecks to worry about. I have a 30% overclock on heavy use and my temperatures are more than manageable with an aftermarket…
