The item is average, not sure if it's worth the money.

this processor is for medium settings . installed cd black ops, finally it doesn’t pull, even though the video card 9800 gtx is better for everyone, I advise you to take the e7500, which is not the best, but it will definitely pull everything.

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

An excellent choice for an unpretentious overlocker who needs 2 processor cores. The free multiplier allows you to bypass the FSB Wall problem, in addition, overclocking becomes possible on almost any (even the cheapest) motherboard. Different pros: Unlocked multiplier = easy overclocking on any motherboard. The cost is about $100 - you won't find an unlocked multiplier from Intel for that amount anymore. Has cons: The processor for the Chinese market is not officially supplied to 2022. Only

before that there was a Pentium 631 (one 3GHz core), after the replacement I immediately noticed an increase in power and quieter operation (there is automatic fan control) . but after 3-4 problems started . the chipset bridge under the processor began to warm up and the processor itself .the fan spins at 4200 rpm, but the temperature of the processor does not drop below 50 degrees, and the work slowed down a little, otherwise everything is super

Pros
  • nimble, almost did not warm up for the first 3 days. In all applications, I noticed more nimble work
Cons
  • it is possible only on mine, after 3 days of operation it began to get very hot, the average temperature was 50.

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

Not particularly enthusiastic about the processor: the usual processor. (Well, this is the opinion of a simple user, not a professional). Before that, there was a Pentium 505. The download speed of programs has not changed (maybe because of the rest of the hardware in thecomputer). "Brakes" disappeared during "heavy" games, when scanning with an antivirus program and other "heavy" programs. The processor did not overclock. Testing with Windows 7 gave a processor performance rating of 4.4 with a

Pros
  • Doesn't get very hot. Therefore, it is equipped with a small radiator (it took up little space on the motherboard). The fan has a speed of 3000 rpm. But when it works at maximum, it makes a lot of noise. I set it to 1500 rpm - the temperature did not rise above 45C under loads.
Cons
  • It was not noticed.

New Builds - Built Ins

I don't know what other reviewers are saying. But replacing the old processor with this one is probably not the best idea due to compatibility issues. My old Asus P4P800-E Deluxe burned out so I needed a new solution. The ASUS Core 2 Quad/Intel G41/DDR3/A&V&GbE/Micro ATX P5G41T-M LX motherboard is a great replacement and works very well with this 3.06GHz dual-core E6600 processor. I'm using a 1TB SATA drive (WD Cav Black), I'm using integrated graphics, and I'm running Win Server 2003. No build

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Damaged

It's not a big jump.

Moving from the E5200 to the E6600 can seem like a big leap. Wrong, isn't it. In fact there is no other. I wouldn't buy this processor if I could go back. It works, what more can I say. That's why I rate it 3 stars. Make yourself a favorite again and buy a real duocore at this price.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Updates

Pentium E6600 versus Core 2 Duo E6600

I ordered this product by mistake because I needed a CORE 2 DUO E6600 and not a PENTIUM of the same model. It may work fine as it was new/unopened. but I get a black screen when I turn on the computer because this processor is not compatible with my motherboard EVEN IF the socket type is the same. It was a very confusing naming choice on the part of Intel.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

First CPU build

BX80571E6600 This was my first build and like other newbies I wanted better but had to settle for what I could afford. After looking at and comparing the processors, I settled on the E6600. At the time it was in the middle of the road, as were the processors, but it had the power. Equipped with microboard with 4 GB RAM, 750 W power supply, 1 TB-HHD, XFX-NiV-9600GTO 750M, graphics card. With this setup I have found that I can play all my games at almost full performance except for Crysis2 or…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Need a new processor

After installing a new motherboard from Asus, I found that it didn't work with my old processor. So let's look for a new processor. There wasn't much choice, but this will do. Installation was easy and everything worked right away. It's fast and supports most if not all modern software and peripherals. franc

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
