I like how easy it was to set up, configure etc for our needs - we needed something quick/easy but also with some flexibility in terms of what could be done within BizTalk orchestration / custom code (we do not have any). It's a very powerful tool with lots of configurability options. The GUI can be confusing at first, but it's super easy to learn once you get started. We've been using it for almost 2 years now, and we haven't had any issues or problems. The only thing I dislike about Intelli-BPM is that sometimes some features are not available in certain countries (or even regions) because they don't have enough licenses.
