Functional, but I didn't like the flush-to-wall design when I put a roll of paper on it. The paper roll rubs against the wall every time you want to remove the paper. It doesn't spin freely. Very embarrassing.

Used in our van for toilet paper and towels, love that it can be secured with command bars so I don't have to make brackets, second summer and they still work! In addition, it is a very thin design and hangs flat on the wall when there is no toilet paper or towel on it.

It is submersible. The lid slides up the handle to open the plunger, and it should click into place so you can dive in without falling off and getting in the way of the lid. but I accidentally knock it back just to try to control the plunger with my hands. The included drywall anchors don't work! There is no shoulder to hold the anchor in the hole. Once you start tightening the screw, any pressure on the screw will push the anchor all the way through the wall and be lost forever. Never seen a drywall anchor without a shoulder. Luckily we have extra anchors and we used heavy duty anchors that you screw flush to the wall with a screwdriver, which is overkill for this flimsy mount. We have a tight area where the toilet is next to the countertop in the bathroom so we needed something to hold the roller in the closet door next to the toilet. We tried regular spring-loaded TP holders, but we couldn't drill through the closet door to hold them (and the hanging strap wouldn't hold it), and we couldn't put a hanger over the door.
