Very useful, easy to use, and feature rich software!

I love how easy it is to use. There are many different ways of doing things depending on what type of business process you need help with. If there isn't something exactly like what you're looking for in one module then they can add more modules later if necessary. Very user friendly software! It's very straightforward so anyone can get up to speed quickly without needing any training or experience on their end.
