Intex Double Quick III Inflatable Float Hand Air Pump - 19" Black Pool Pump Review

Works well, glad I bought this instead of using electricity. Fill an air mattress with it and get in the mood for the lake.

The pump pictured is NOT what you will receive. The pump you receive has an air hose on the handle, so the hose has to go up and down when you inflate. Terrible design. Find a better pump.

I inflated a giant pizza platform in about 7 minutes - this thing saves lives! He's a little bigger than I thought, but he'll definitely come to the rescue this summer!

The best of all electric pumps that I know. Faster in inflation and deflation modes. Has a row or heads that can be used for any type of work - everything is well attached. If you have an inflatable pool for your kid, this is what you want!

I thought it was a stupid purchase because I didn't think of using it for anything other than the internet pool we have but I was dead wrong! They blew up all of our swimmers, and then some of them! It's worth it!

Product shown does not match what was delivered. The pump hose connects to the handle instead of the base. It is currently unknown if this will be an issue. I suspect it will still work fine, but the hose that moves with each pump seems like a pretty poor design.

Works very well, much better than electro boxes. Inflates inflatable boats to a good high pressure and moves large volumes. The only downside is that the handle is short so you have to crouch to inflate it which is awkward if you're inflating something big.

We take this thing to the river to fill our pipes. It does the job, but after our first use, this thing fell apart on ours. We were able to put it back together but it's a little tricky to line up the insides the way they should be. Since then I've been careful not to knock it anywhere, it has fallen apart once since but we caught it before it got too messed up and was able to fix it quickly.

As of May 2020: Although the image in the ad and even the image on the box shows a hose connector on the bottom of the pump, the actual unit in the box now has hose connectors on the T-handle itself, as well as the smaller, cheaper offerings. This is a terrible design as the hose will wiggle up and down with each stroke and try to disengage from whatever you are trying to pump while pumping. I've been using the pump design shown in the ad for over a decade and it's fine, but it's getting old…
