This is my first ceramic knife. Ouch! Having constantly sharpened steel, this will be my only knife. I recommend giving up steel knives and switching to ceramic knives.

The product is durable, smooth and sharp. Must be trimmed before each use. operator problems. This little gadget needs some practice.

This is a decent and functional knife. I bought it mainly because of the ceramic blade. I am addicted! I had to adjust the blade, then it cut through skin like butter. Jewel blush makes this offer unbeatable. Great knife for beginners. Happy with my purchase. I would recommend this quality product.

Disappointed with this purchase! After reading the reviews I was expecting a decent product for the money. Swivel knife can be ok if it can be assembled. I may have received a bad set, but none of the tiny set screws that are supposed to hold the blade in place will fit. Both do not fit into the threaded hole on the side of the knife body and cannot be screwed in. The knife cannot work properly if the blade is not locked.

The good news is that the knife is well designed and made. The bad news (maybe it was the only one I received) that the blade wasn't sharp when it arrived. I have used rotary leather knives in the past and when sharp they glide across the leather without much effort. This knife requires excessive force to cut through skin.
