Invenia is really helpful resource especially during these days where most people aren’t co-located

The interface with the platform can be confusing at first but once you get used it helps organize all your information in one place so its easier to navigate through. I like that they have different levels depending on how much time someone spends using their service which makes sense given our busy work life nowadays. Sometimes when we want an update or clarification sometimes there isn't anyone available online (even if thats not true) because everyone seems too far away from home working…

  • I like the platform and the way it helps keep all information from applicants and recruiters in one place

  • Also, sometimes the platform can be a we a time when you have to navigate through different levels

Mostly good for Performance Management and Employee Engagement

The ability it gives me in terms with reporting out my data into various formats like excel or google sheets etc., I can also export all this reports as pdfs if needed which saves quite some time compared what would have taken hours manually doing so! Nothing much i dislike about invenia but only that sometimes when you are trying do something then there might be delays while loading up your page due too slow internet connectivity; otherwise its great tool just use them they will help u get…

  • Loads easily for both mobile phone & desktop users alike.
  • Allows user flexibility around how best one needs his report generation need met, including generating pdf versions (with appropriate headers)for printing purposes.etc..(even though not available via standard print command buttons)

  • Would love see more add on tools added here over months ahead eg being able download entire spreadsheet

Great tool and easy-to use interface

I like that it allows me to see all my candidates at once. It also makes it easier to send out mass emails with multiple candidates in one click. I dislike having to manually enter each candidate into the system. Also, it would be nice if there was an option to have a certain percentage of candidates from a specific group show up in searches. This helps when trying to find a candidate who is qualified but not necessarily currently working in the field you are looking for. It also allows us to…
