Preferences: - well packaged - actually has clear English instructions. Wow, good job - comes with more accessories than others. (like a flux cored ceramic welding tip!) - The mig gun is well made, looks solid and the cord length is quite long - There is customer service, but I haven't gone far enough to understand its usefulness. This is a great little machine for the price, I've used Lincoln and Miller machines and although lacking in some areas it can weld just as well as those machines. For his size he is perfect. I wanted to see if it could work with a reel gun so I bought it with a euro plug AND IT WORKS! NOW I CAN USE 4043 COILS!
