📱 Clear Screen Protector for Garmin Dakota 10-20 (InvisibleShield GARDAK1020S) Review

Unlike most screen protectors, this is a thick/soft material. It seems to do a great job of protecting the screen. But even with a very careful installation, it is far from clearly visible. Mine looked like very small bubbles or ripples in the material itself. I checked this with the manufacturer and they said this is normal. The softness of the material also slightly affects the operation of the touchscreen. I ended up removing it. The defense wasn't worth the downside.

I know several people have reported problems with this screen protector. I have a slight advantage as I have installed several (ipad, ipod, HTC EVO) before. As I said, I had no problems with it. Getting this product right is almost impossible. The product has an adhesive backing that absorbs dirt and oil. I washed my hands thoroughly and wiped the screen with the lint free cloth that came with it, the lint and dirt got stuck in the adhesive making it impossible to do without air bubbles.
