It arrived and was not completely erased and there was still information about the previous owners. Also an alarm clock that played Deutschpop at full blast every ten minutes for the first three days which was very annoying.

Unfortunately it was dead out of the box. We tried five different chargers but it didn't charge at all. The return process was smooth, we had to take it to UPS and it took about 5 days to get back and get a refund.

The only thing I don't like is that Apple engineers decided to use Lightning instead of USB, so I have to use Lightning buy time to time cable. The screen has a wide range of brightness. It's bright. This is for a long time. This iPad looked brand new. That works great. It's fast, responsive and does it all. This iPad was gifted to a young child in an Otterbox Defender case and I'm sure it will withstand every occasional touch and give her years of enjoyment.

Very impressed with the iPad mini4 I received. Exactly as described, definitely a Mini 4 with WiFi/Cellular that I checked can be activated by the ISP. All information on my mini2 is transferred without much effort on my part. I will definitely contact this seller again.

I bought this iPad to simplify and have a light, portable and very good screen for my leisure navigation. The Mini 4 has a lot of great apps, but to do much with it you have to buy a lot of expensive apps, not just google it on a Microsoft tablet. My very experienced sailing friends swear by Apple products so I will work on learning how to use apps with my new one.

This thing sucks. It was bought for a military man who needed it for flight training. She got it and it was immediately blocked and she could never use it and Apple was totally useless to help her. It's a shame underpaid military men buy something and it can never work properly.

This should be an updated device. The device has saved information about the previous owner. I could not use the device because information about previous owners was still needed. Obviously, this device has not even been tested. Seems suspicious to me. I will return it as soon as possible.

Looks new, but it's not new. Cellular 128 GB/WLAN. The battery is bad, Revain will not support the buyer and correct the seller's information. A class action lawsuit must be filed to prevent Revain from listing misleading information. They are no better, in fact, less relevant to that customer than an E-Bay full of offers.

First time bought a refurbished item through Amazon. I made a choice because the savings were great and decided to take a risk. Such a great product. Sure, it has little signs of wear, but nothing to worry about. A great choice if like me you think saving money is more important than smelling like a NEW product.
