I ordered a brown case that has all the features I wanted, rotation, sleep/wake. 3 stance positions and straps for added security closure. The grooves are deep to keep the I Pad from falling out. Order received quickly and in good condition. I'm happy with that.

I order one but the keyboard won't connect to my iPad. Sent back and ordered again. I've been working on making the keyboard only able to type a few random keys. I was told I could not return or get help. Goodbye, lots of money. I am disabled and had 4 surgeries last year and missed my spare time by 1 day. I didn't feel good enough to test the keyboard beforehand. 3 surgeries were on the spine.

I use it in easel or tent mode entirely on my knees or on the armrest of a chair. Obviously the cover is not designed for tent mode. Tent mode is unstable on any surface except a flat, stable one. I very rarely used portrait mode, so gearing up just adds bulk. Second hand. Unless the iPad is placed on a flat surface like a table, it will slide out of its current slot too easily. I would not buy it again due to the high demand.

This is the second similar case I've used for my iPad4. I like it because it's not bulky, protects the device quite well from scratches and small splashes when closed, and works well by keeping the screen in a panoramic position (wake button on the side) like I'm using an iPad. I recently revived an old iPad 2nd gen for use as an e-reader and wanted a case for it. I ordered this one and right after taking it out of the box the back (the plastic ring that allows it to rotate) broke off with very little pressure. Luckily only one of the tabs broke and I was able to put it back together and will super glue it later (don't need the twist function anyway). Fits well looks and feels good turns off iPad 2nd gen when I close it stays on well. The plastic case that houses the iPad has a very nice sculpted grain. In short, it gets the job done and costs next to nothing. And delivered very quickly. Two minor annoyances: First, there's only a rubber strap to close that you have to pull on instead of the sewn-in flaps used on more expensive cases.
